What does HAVYN need to start with?
The preferred dates and your reply email address. You’re welcome to enquire before the dates are final.
Who will receive the reply?
The concierge team initially. If the guest or family member has requested direct contact, you can indicate this in your enquiry.
Who enters into the rental agreement?
HAVYN and the person renting the chair. An enquiry from the concierge team does not place a booking on the hotel’s account.
Can I enquire about renting a WHILL C2 at short notice?
